We at Colonial Life recognise the increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing. We have committed ourselves to helping you in so far as is possible during this difficult time. As a result, we are developing many enhancements to help you continue to use Agent Assist in your day to day. This is the second set of enhancements released after essential business leads.

Digital Communications
Updated customer offers with guaranteed issue are now available. This will help your leads get the coverage they need. Depending on the lead status, underwriting and enrollment postcards are available to use. These postcards will support your conversations with employers.

To send postcards, navigate to your lead details page. Tap the digital communication card at the top of page. Review and select the postcard you wish to use and tap the Send button. Further detailed steps are available on the digital communications page.
