The main purpose with this release is to meet Apple requirements to comply
with iOS 13. This requires quite many changes in the app. Some from a
functional point of view and some that we are convinced mostly will enhance
the user experience.

With this release we are using the iOS system font, San Francisco (SF) Pro,
instead of the previously used Museo Sans font.
The main reason for this change is to align the UI of the app with the rest of
iOS. Another reason is because the custom font was causing some issues with
languages specific keyboards, such as the one for input of Kanji.
