a) For Configurations, the barcode scanner checks the Name, Model, Tag, and Serial number fields.
b) For Products, the barcode scanner checks the name, Mfg part #, and Vendor SKU.
2) Download Attachments: the ability to download attachments from the Attachments tab of a Ticket.
3) Change Company on Ticket: Company can be changed on Service tickets*.
*Note, you cannot change Company on Project tickets, Tickets that have written off Time or Expense Entries, Tickets that have been invoiced, Tickets tied to a Sales Order, or Tickets tied to an Opportunity.
4) Add Tasks: Tasks can now be added to a Ticket.

Stopwatch:
- Stopwatch can be started on a Ticket and turned into a Time Entry.
