The consumption of sweet corn has grown tremendously over the last few years.In the food industry, the “Non-Cut” Whole Kernel variety has the highest economical value in the market. Whole kernel sweet corn extraction is a very labor intensive process but the resulting whole corn kernels maintains its freshness, nutrition and taste far better than the “cut” variety.
