About Craving Factor Formula

Do you find yourself constantly craving food, especially junk food or sweets but can’t figure out why? Would you like to be able to get those cravings under control?

Well, I have some really good news for you. I’ve created a simple formula that can be applied to all foods which will determine whether that food will satisfy you and crush cravings or trigger cravings and over-eating.

I call my “magic” formula the Craving Food Factor (CFF) and what it does is it breaks all foods into one of two categories:

Buffer Foods – These are foods that make us feel full and satisfied, crushing cravings.
Trigger Foods – These are foods that make us crave and want to eat more.
