Health Review
• Age Yourself
See how your lifestyle choices affect your health by combining face ageing technology with data about your habits.
• Answer some Questions
Here you’ll answer a series of questions related to your health and lifestyle.
• Your Results
Once all the questions are answered, You should see two photos of your face along with a slider. The ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ photo shows how you will look if you adopted a healthier lifestyle, while the ‘current lifestyle’ photo shows what you will look like if you stuck with your current habits. You can see the summary of your health risk factors with color coded icons. Green means you are at low risk, orange means you are at moderate risk, and red means you could be at considerable health risk if you don’t improve your lifestyle.
Health Screening
• Health screenings should at least, evaluate three main areas – body composition, cardiovascular, and metabolism – as these factors affect your risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and other serious health problems.
• Your most recent blood test results are used for biometric analysis. This can be done during your company’s onsite Health Day, or through offsite health screening.
• You will see the biometrics based on your health screening, color-coded with their implications on your health. Green means you are fine, orange means you are at moderate risk, and red indicates a high risk factor to your health.
