With this release, we added additional messages when a connection is not available which will automatically dismiss when connection is established. Users can now log out of the app a network or internet connection is not available. We also fixed an issue where if a user was assigned to multiple shared inboxes only the first shared inbox would display, and an issue where the iPad app would crash when attempting to change the From number in a new Shared Inbox conversation.

With this release, we added a banner message to notify the user if they are not connected to a network or internet connection. In addition, we fixed an issue where voicemail transcriptions would only display one line of text until the user expanded the voicemail and an issue where when attempting to play a voicemail, the speaker button would intermittently not display as an option.

With this release, we added the contact type (such as mobile, home, etc.) to the dialpad so that users know which number they are calling in the event one contact has multiple numbers.
We also fixed an issue where the mobile app would automatically sign out in some cases and an issue where the app would crash on launch on iPad.

With this release, we have added the ability for users to log in using the biometric authentication (such as Face ID or passcode) enabled for the device. Biometric authentication for the Cytracom app can be enabled or disabled by tapping the three dots in the top left corner to access the Preferences screen. Users who have biometric authentication enabled still have the option to log in using their username and password.
We also added an "Unable to Connect" error message to the login screen if a network is not available and fixed a few display issues in Call History.

With this release, we made several fixes and usability enhancements to voicemail, including better playback, callback, searching, and sharing.
Fixed an issue where upon a new app install, it appeared that a ringtone was not selected.
Fixed an issue where when device contacts were allowed, some contacts would display out of order or were duplicated.
Fixed an issue where when scrolling up to view older messages within a Shared Inbox thread, the thread would jump back to the most recent message when fetching the older messages.

With this release, we fixed issues that caused the app to crash in certain circumstances as well as an issue where if a device contact had several numbers that the contact details screen could not display on one screen, the screen would not scroll to allow all numbers to be viewed.

With this release, we have added a status icon to outgoing Business Messaging messages which will display next to the time stamp. If a message fails to be delivered, a failed status will display underneath the message text. We have also added the ability to send SMS messages to 911, 988, and 5-6 digit short codes.
In addition, we fixed several issues including:
- if a device went to sleep with the Cytracom app open, no message notifications were received and message threads did not update
- The logout button did not appear to log the user out of the app if the app was reopened

With this release, we fixed several issues within Business Messaging:
- main message threads would not scroll smoothly
- when long pressing a message within a shared messaging thread, the menu displayed without any options to select however if no options exist for the message type, a menu will not display when long pressing the message
- message text did not update after editing a message with an attachment within a message thread
In addition, we fixed an issue where the app would crash in certain scenarios and an issue where when viewing a new voicemail on the Voicemail screen, a new voicemail would immediately snap shut after expanding before the voicemail could be played
