+ As a user you can set your status as absent or present in d.3 ecm and select a delegate. You can search for first names and last names in the user search. In addition, a supervisor can edit the absence status of employees.
+ When sending to mailbox and uploading to mailbox, a recipient with first or last name can be searched and selected. Alternatively, a user group can also be selected and sent to its mailbox.
+ In the settings, you can configure whether a workflow is opened directly for execution.
+ The sender is now displayed in the mailbox view. In the case of a delegate, the actual recipient is also displayed.
+ When sending to a mailbox to an absent recipient, a message appears.
