Las ofensas pueden manifestarse, presencial o virtualmente, de las siguientes formas: expresiones injuriosas, orales y/o escritas, inscripciones en la vía pública, lesiones, amenazas, profanación de tumbas, daños (destrucción material), entre otras.

No necesariamente el destinatario del acto discriminatorio tiene que pertenecer al colectivo injuriado para ser realizar una denuncia.
