About Datos Health Remote Monitoring
This remote management application will create your personal health journey, as defined by your care team. It allows you to monitor your health anytime and anywhere, using a variety of measurement devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucometers, sports watches, and activity bracelets.
For some wearables, such as smartwatches & bands, workout and activity data can be taken by the app which communicates with Apple Health for this data.
You will receive personal messages and feedback from your care team to help you better manage your health in-between visits. The results will be shared with your physician periodically and will help optimize your treatment.

* In the home screen, the upcoming closest event. Click will directs to view all the events.
