New feature: Units Tasks. Using tasks you can see 3 different lists corresponding to:
* Delinquent units that need locks (lock code is blank if a lock is not assigned to the unit)
* Vacant units that need locks
* Non-delinquent units that still have overlocks on them
Just tap on a unit to modify lock assignment for it.
Known issues:
After activating locks you must Sync to make them available for use in the application.

You can now activate new locks via the settings screen. Simply go to settings, Onboard Locks to do so. Once you've entered in all the locks you'd like to activate, tap the Activate button.
You can now scan a lock's serial code in any place you'd be able to enter a serial code manually. To do so, tap the bar code icon, then place the lock under the device's camera. The image border will grow green as it reads the serial code.
Known issues:
Activated locks aren't immediately known to the application. After activating locks, do a sync operation to get them into the application's local database. This will be fixed in an upcoming version.
