About DDMS Mobile Trak
The DDMS Mobile Trak application works in conjunction with Epicor’s Dispatch and Delivery Management System (DDMS). It sends longitude and latitude information to the DDMS application along with a signature and pictures. DDMS version 6 or higher is required. Please contact Epicor’s DDMS Support for customer number and URL information.

Map guided directions now use default Map application on IOS 6.0 or greater.
