אפליקציית אב"כפדיה הינה אפליקציית כלי האב"ך של פיקוד העורף. האפליקציה פותחה על-ידי מדור טי"ל (טכנולוגיות ייעודיות להדרכה) בחטיבת החילוץ וההדרכה בפיקוד העורף על מנת לתת מענה לכלל מסגרות ההכשרות והאימונים בפיקוד בתחום למידת כלי האב"ך הקיימים במערך. האפליקציה כוללת מידע מקיף אודות כלי החילוץ בהם משתמשים בפיקוד, וכן מודלים תלת ממדיים מפורטים של הכלים.
כל הכלים המופיעים באפליקציה קיימים במערך כלי האב"ך, ונבחרו על מנת לתת מענה לצרכים הקיימים בתחום האב"ך. האפליקציה משמשת לצרכי למידה בלבד ואינה מהווה פלטפורמה לפרסום כלי כזה או אחר.
