runzzy is a web application coupled with an mobile based face-recognition scanner to manage workforce - your own staff or contract staff.

By design, runzzy is a platform. Contract workforce providers and service receivers will form many-to-many connections on runzzy and interact seamlessly. For ex: A manpower supply company can onboad their staff and manage staff information. Once they have a contract in place, their client also comes on-board runzzy. Manpower company allocates staff to their client. Allocated staff instantly shows up in the client login. Client can in turn ask their other manpower supply vendors to come onboard runzzy to streamline operations. Client organization can upload the details of their permanent staff and could form teams with the contract staff.

At its core, managing workforce is an operations management problem. It involves sourcing personnel from multiple manpower supply companies, organizing them into teams, managing shifts, attendance & payroll, security and access control, identifying employees within premises and compliance.

Manual handling of these processes results in reduced transparency and are subjected to manipulations. Net result is more leakages in terms of cooked up attendance details, clerical errors and prohibitively high time spend on manual processing. This in turn increases the compliance risk exposure to the primary employer.
