"Logging in is never convenient. Fortunately, it is now easier to log in to the HEMA app, using your fingerprint or face recognition. You must first give permission for this. Please note: this option only works on phones that support this functionality.

Deinstalling the app could cause issues when trying to log-in with a fresh install. We have fixed this in this new release.

If HEMA is new to you and you would like to know about the many advantages offered by a “meer HEMA” customer card, you can now see all the offers under the voucher tab without logging in. We have also fixed some minor technical issues and made a few adjustments to the design. (Functions linked to the “meer HEMA” customer card are only available when you choose Dutch as language in the app.)
