Spring is finally here and the team behind the Northwell Health Mobile App is constantly working behind the scenes. With this latest release, our new Chat bot is now live! The chat bot can now assist patients with frequently asked questions 24 hours a day. It can also collect your information and route you to an agent during office hours if additional assistance is needed.

To reach consistency with the mobile app & web user experience, users have the ability to manage the care of others when logged in on the web. In addition to booking appointments, users who manage the care of minors have the ability to complete steps to "certify" these shared accounts created for minors (0-12) in an effort to manage appointments & update demographic information.
