Die Amazon-Integration in "Parcel" ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihre Pakete automatisch von Ihrem Amazon Account aus hinzuzufügen. Sobald eine Bestellung versandt wurde, wird sie in "Parcel" angezeigt. Dieser Vorgang erfolgt auf sichere und datenschutzfreundliche Weise, sodass Ihre Anmeldedaten nicht vom Gerät verloren gehen.
Sie können auch Ihre Sendung einfach und unkompliziert auf der Karte orten oder Ihre Sendungen über ein Web-Portal (web.parcelapp.net) managen (Premium) - einfach und simpel.

Parcel nutzt die tollen Fähigkeiten von iOS, um Ihnen die bestmögliche Nutzererfahrung zu bieten. Sie können das Notification Center Widget verwenden, um erwartete Sendungen für morgen oder übermorgen schnell zu sehen (falls ein voraussichtliches Lieferdatum verfügbar ist) oder nutzen Sie die Teilen-Funktion, um eine neue Sendung aus einer anderen App heraus zu Parcel hinzuzufügen.
Push-Benachrichtigungen von Parcel werden übrigens nur zwischen 8 und 22 Uhr versendet. So werden Sie nicht in der Nacht gestört. Dennoch können Sie diese Funktion in den Einstellungen deaktivieren.
Einige Features, wie Push-Benachrichtigungen, die Möglichkeit mehr als 3 Sendungen gleichzeitig beobachten zu können oder die App ohne Werbung zu verwenden, sind limitiert für Premium-Abonennten. Der derzeitige Preis für das Premium-Abonnement beträgt 4,99€/Jahr und kann je nach Land variieren.

Placeholders
We are introducing support for placeholders. A placeholder is a template for an upcoming delivery (which does not have a tracking number yet). To add a placeholder, start adding a new delivery and type any four digits (e.g. 1234). Once you add it, you will be able to later edit it (to set a real tracking number) and change its expected delivery date in the delivery actions.
New Settings
The app settings were rewritten in SwiftUI. There are only minor visual differences compared to the previous version, however, under the hood everything is completely different.

This updates brings a significant change to the app database schema. This is an internal change that is necessary to perform future updates and code rewrites in the app code.
Once you open the app, it will be empty but then it will load all of your deliveries.

Introducing Siri support in Parcel (iOS 16 only)
Now you can quickly check the status of an active package in Parcel using Siri. Here are some example phrases for a package called “MacBook”:
"Verfolge das Paket MacBook"
"Wo befindet sich mein MacBook Paket?"
"Wann kommt mein MacBook Paket an?"
Parcel supports Siri with the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese. You can see Siri phrases for all languages here:

Please note that to track a package with Siri, you have to say a complete package name in your Siri command. Basically it has to be a short name to be convenient, e.g. “Shoes”. This is a limitation of Siri in iOS 16.
