Pat Lapalapa

Born and bred in South Auckland, Pat has had ample time to experience the region from a grassroots level. It is this familiarity of the area that has nurtured a genuine passion for the community and it’s people. By taking up his role at Harcourts Manukau he now has the opportunity to share his love of the area and his enthusiasm is contagious.

Pat joins Harcourts Manukau with sound business experience at a management level and an exciting energy that he brings to anything he sets his mind to. In previous roles Pat has lead teams and given marketing improvement methods to provide financial growth.

The move into Real Estate was inevitable for Pat. He looks forward to continually sharing his marketing experience at a ‘face to face’ level.

Pat has always been an active member of the community within his Church groups and various other clubs, and it is this willing attitude towards getting stuck in which has allowed him to build lifelong relationships with many of the locals. He prides himself on being genuine and transparent to anyone that he has the opportunity to work with.

Pat feels privileged to be able to work within an industry that he is passionate about, and in an area that he loves and calls home. He relishes the opportunity to meet new and vibrant personalities each day.
