La visita cultural al edificio de la Real Fábrica de Tabacos, sede del Rectorado de la Universidad de Sevilla ( C/ S. Fernando,4 ) cuenta con diez paneles explicativos cuyo enfoque activa la aparición de una guía, Dª Magdalena Escoriza, que nos explica el punto correspondiente. Esta guía aparece sobre el panel junto a un botón virtual que activa un vídeo a pantalla completa que nos permite, si queremos, desligarnos del panel marcador para continuar la visita. Los puntos del recorrido cultural que cuentan con realidad aumentada son: Fachada, Capilla, Jardines, Vestíbulo, Patio del Reloj, Patio de la Fuente, Patio cubierto, Antigua Cárcel, Patios de Arte y Biblioteca.
