This unique magazine was born to inspire and inform midwives and associated professionals, and to improve and celebrate the profession of authentic midwifery. It updates vital midwifery expertise, challenges unacceptable maternity practices, gives insight into interesting and relevant topics to readers, and presents evidence and articles in support of the importance of sensitive practice standards. Each year, Sensitive Midwifery Magazine comprises a print Educational Pack (with posters, a maternity calendar, a small midwifery ’tool’ and the annual Sensitive Midwifery Symposium Brochure) distributed in January, two online editions (in March and July), and a bumper print edition in October (also including midwifery ‘tools’ and educational posters).
