About Team Afterburn
Our boot camp style personal training program invites groups of individuals to train together in teams of two to four so you still receive individual attention from our trainers. It is a FUN, fast-paced, metabolic, interval training program that shreds fat and builds lean muscle. The high-energy music, inspirational coaching from our world class coaches, and the comaradery and friendly competition keeps our members coming back day after day.
One of our nationally certified personal trainers will sit down with you and help YOU create YOUR fitness and nutrition plan. We will discuss your goals, where you are today, and what it is going to take to get you from point A to point B. We will figure out specifically what it is going to take to ensure YOUR results, and create a program specifically tailored to YOU!
