About Toyota Entune
Entune™ App Suite is an in-car multimedia experience that keeps you and your Toyota connected.
Entune™ App Suite is a collection of popular applications and data services integrated with select 2012 and newer Toyota vehicles (excluding select 2018-present vehicles which use the Toyota App to connect vehicle to App Suite services). Entune™ App Suite is included with your vehicle, at no additional or annual charge. Once the phone is connected to the vehicle using Bluetooth® wireless technology, some services may be operated by voice recognition, depending on the capabilities of your vehicle. Entune™ App Suite for Prius Plug-in/Prime Hybrid Advanced model, RAV4 EV, and Mirai also includes Remote Charge Management, Charge/Hydrogen Station Locator, Remote Climate, Vehicle Finder and Eco Dashboard. • Added Alexa feature – To use this feature, link Alexa in the app through the main Dashboard screen and then connect to Entune App Suite in your vehicle to get the latest multimedia system update. Once this update is installed, you’ll see the Alexa icon on your vehicle display. Click that icon, make sure Entune App Suite is visible on your mobile phone, then simply say “Alexa” followed by your question or command (e.g., “Alexa, how’s the weather?”, “Alexa, play music.”).

The most recent Entune app update resolves most compatibility issues between iOS6 and iPhone mobile digital devices. iPhone 5 Owners, if you have restored a backup from a previous iPhone to your new device, and are encountering issues with Entune not launching, please uninstall and reinstall the Entune Application and the issue should be resolved. Also, this Entune update contains new additions and enhancements to support the Prius Plug-in Advanced and RAV4 vehicles. This includes improvements to the Eco Dashboard and Charge Station Locator applications.
