W_W Wellness è l’applicazione realizzata nell'ambito del progetto welfare aziendale CREDEM che ti aiuterà a migliorare il tuo stile di vita.
Diventa più attivo con W_W Wellness app e comincia a raccogliere MOVEs. I MOVEs misurano il movimento: ogni tuo movimento genera un MOVE. I MOVEs sono indipendenti dal peso corporeo; i MOVEs sono il modo migliore di confrontare il tuo livello di attività con quello dei tuoi amici. Ad esempio chiunque corre 10 minuti a bassa intensità accumula circa 200 MOVEs.
Il modo più semplice e veloce per collezionare MOVE è utilizzare un dispositivo per rilevare l’attività fisica come Apple Health, Polar, FitBit, Garmin o mywellness key.

- MOTIVAZIONE: W_W Wellness app ti assegna un goal settimanale in base al tuo stile di vita.
- ATTIVITA’ ALL’APERTO: Tieni traccia delle attività che fai anche all’aperto e non perdere i dati che hai memorizzato in altra applicazioni come Apple Health, Runkeeper e MapMyFitness.
- DIVERTIMENTO: Partecipa alle sfide e tieni d’occhio la tua posizione nelle classifiche.
- ALLENAMENTO: se frequenti un Fitness Club connetti la W_W Wellness App alle attrezzature Technogym inquadrando il codice QR che trovi sull’attrezzo, i tuoi allenamenti ti faranno accumulare ulteriori MOVEs.
- MISURE: tieni sotto controllo tue misure (peso, massa grassa ecc....) e scopri come variano al variare del tuo stile di vita.

With this version we have improved the app look and feel to make it even more intuitive and fresh. In particular we have improved the class calendar and the booking experience.
