Ziegler Onsight is a visual tool that virtually brings the Ziegler support expert to the jobsite or the field for quick troubleshooting. Ziegler Onsight creates a highly collaborative experience that allows you to share live video, talk, and draw onscreen with remote experts, even in limited bandwidth conditions.

- Share and view live video securely with a Ziegler support expert
- Virtually diagnose, trouble shoot, and calibrate machine systems
- Use interactive drawing to quickly bring attention to key areas
- Remotely control the field camera, including zoom, pause, image capture, and lighting
- Perform live video collaboration in high or ultra-low bandwidth, as little as 64 kB/s required
