This update also includes bug fixes for the inspector where all the editing happens and a speed improvement for searching through SF Symbols. In a previous update, we included a fancy sorting algorithm to try to get the SF Symbol you are most likely looking for right to the top of the list. This was working great, except for when it wasn't and the results were updating slowly. With this update, you should find that it's always lightning-fast and still just as accurate as we originally intended. The algorithm remains, the machinery around it has been updated.

Thank you for using DetailsPro! We are working hard to make the *best* design tool for Apple designers and are working on several major tracks of improvement. This update improves the design experience and brings two new modifiers into the fold and a revamped Quick Numpad for fast number entry.
Scale and Offset are now available on any design element. Scale lets you make any part of your design proportionally bigger or smaller (great for highlighting one element out of a set!) and Offset lets you, after all is said and done and your layout is set, shift something out of its place. This is helpful for designs that don't quite fit into the traditional stacks and you want some things overlapping or some things jumping out.
The Quick Numpad has been updated with wider, larger buttons and new Quick Intervals. As designers, we're constantly checking things out to see if they'd look better if they were 10pts bigger, or just 10pts smaller, so now in all the different places where you can find our Quick Numpad, you'll find easy, one-tap shortcuts for altering a number by helpful intervals.

Thank you for using DetailsPro! This update marks a major improvement throughout the main design area UI on both iPad and iPhone. We're working on several tracks of improvement for DetailsPro, one of the major ones being a Mac-native debut! More on that soon. A DetailsPro Design UI update:
In this update, we've added several features that will aid designers in their day-to-day work designing new products, presenting their work to their teams and stakeholders, and improving on their designs. We've heard from a lot of folks that have helped shape these features. The first is a new and improved inspector UI where you'll see the right sidebar on iPad opened up to show you all the options for a selected visual element. You can easily add, delete, and re-order modifiers, change text and other native options, and easily dismiss this sidebar with a tap.
We've also updated the recently-released fullscreen presentation mode for when you are in a design review and you are presenting your work to your team. Just tap on the fullscreen icon and all of the design UI will sideway leaving just your shining work.
We've also added in this update the ability to pinch and zoom manually on your preview and zoom it in and out live. You can also still access the zoom level presets in the preview menu. (Tip: You can also pinch to zoom on the design on iPhone, where space is especially valuable!)
We have quite a few designers working mainly on their iPhones, so we've spent extra time this release polishing that compact design environment. You'll now find an updated toolbar at the bottom with easy access to the preview menu and fullscreen, as well as undo and redo, general performance improvements on this screen, and improved editing tools. We are also working a lot on this form factor so you'll see more on this soon as well.
Besides that, we've also improved the startup time of the app and how quickly you see your designs show up! The community section for exploring designs has also received some new design to emphasize easy browsing.

Drag images into your Media Library, Maximum/Minimum Frames, and more!
- Maximum/Minimum Frames
In SwiftUI, you can give something an exact frame (width and/or height) or give it a minimum or a maximum frame (at least some size or at most some size). DetailsPro now supports this too! Simply select your choice in the Frame modifier. The default is exact frame.
- Media Library Drag
You can now drag an image in from anywhere in the system, including Safari, straight into the media library when it's open to easily import assets for use in your design!

Sort designs by date or by name, new iOS Color Picker, and bug fixes! This is a small update with a couple of improvements that were highly requested!
- Most recent and alphabetical sorting
In the same menu where you can change between the gallery view and list view, you can now also change the sort between most recent and alphabetical. Your preferences are saved so you don't have to keep re-setting this.
- iOS Color Picker
DetailsPro now supports the new iOS 14 Color Picker, so whenever you are choosing a custom color, you can select a color from anywhere onscreen or use colors that you've saved system-wide from any other apps!

Workflow improvements, bug fixes, and more!
- Workflow Improvements
This update makes a couple of common actions possible in fewer taps, and slowly I am going through all of the different "inspectors" for each kind of design elements and removing extra tapping steps where possible. A previous update did this for system color, for example. In this update, selecting an "edge" for padding is now displayed openly instead of behind a tap. Another good thing about this is that you can easily tap between different options and compare live without having to tap back in to the picker.
- Bug fixes
Fixed a bug where media wasn't always showing in Most Recent order. By the way, this update will be coming soon to add Most Recent or A→Z to the designs view! So you can have your most recent designs at the top. I know this has been highly requested, so it will be in the next update. Also fixed a couple of bugs on the subscription screen (thank you for everybody who sent in feedback on that, I've now made the subscription screen as simple as possible.)

Starting Oct 13, the optional upgrade for DetailsPro will be $3.99/month or $9.99/year. Everybody will still get the following free, forever: 5 free designs at any time and the basic design elements. Upgrade to get room for all of your design ideas with unlimited designs, the ability to jump into development or collaborate with developers with SwiftUI code export, the tools to design beyond the basics with all design elements, and a way to feature your work with a community profile. This is an optional upgrade, and free users still get all of the underlying improvements that come with each update.
LIFETIME ACCESS AS THANK YOU FOR THOSE ALREADY SUBSCRIBED
We didn't want to change the price without thanking, acknowledging, and doing something for the designers who have believed in DetailsPro from the beginning. As a thank you, everybody who subscribed to the yearly subscription before Oct 13 will be given lifetime access to DetailsPro.
