- Notes, photos, labels and custom forms can be created and edited while offline and will automatically sync when your connection resurfaces.
- Appointments can be created when you’re offline and will sync and schedule jobs when you come back online (note: notifications will not be sent to customers until your connection resurfaces).
- Estimates and Invoices can be created, edited and signed (by customers and technicians) while offline. Payments (except credit card and eCheck) can be added to billing documents and will sync when the connection resurfaces.
- Old appointment information (30+ days old) will be cleared to ensure phone storage and performance limitations are accommodated.
- In settings, users can turn on a “download photos over wifi” setting that will automatically download the full-resolution versions of all related photos when you open a job (vs downloading the full version only when you tap on a photo’s thumbnail)
