Bugfixes to work more correctly with the DGS update:
* Fixed an incompatibility with DGS's more aggressive caching, where it appeared that you could play an opponent's move
* Fixed an issue where games incorrectly showed a comment indicator
* Fixed the ability to create new games, and added some more options to bring adding games more in line with the form on DGS
* Fixed retrieving information about posted games
