Fixes issue with lost Notification registration after the ECME application startup.

Update introduces:
- improved notifications handling while utilising/using only the system notifications that can be easily tracked.
- new icon indicating if YF integration is working or not.
- Angular framework upgrade.

Dark mode, many fixes in UI

EC Mobile 1.2.3 can be used only with EC 13.0.11 and higher versions. It Introduces improvements in the Dark Mode displaying Help text using white text color and standardized font, plus applies dark background color to the dropdowns such as ;'Scale Reports'. Another improvement are deeplinks to the app stores which had been added to the 'Link To Phone' screen, enabling users having EC Mobile opened under phone browser easily find ECME in Apple and Google app stores. Last feature to be mentioned is 'Dynamic online help' which stands for adding support to autoload online help sections related to deployed ECME widgets.
