ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการแจ้งเตือน ข่าวสาร รายงานเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินและอุบัติการณ์แวดล้อมเคลื่อนที่ สำหรับภาคประชาชน โดยออกแบบมาเพื่อความรวดเร็วในการรายงานโรค, อาการป่วย, อุบัติเหตุ, อัคคีภัย, ภัยธรรมชาติ, เหตุอาชญากรรม และเหตุฉุกเฉินอื่น ๆ ทั้งยังสามารถจำแนกแยกระดับความรุนแรงของผู้ประสบภัย ,จำแนกแยกรายประเภท 25 อาการนำ , จำแนกตามจำนวนผู้ประสบภัย ภาค จังหวัด ช่วงเวลาเกิดเหตุของผู้ประสบภัยได้ เพื่อประเมินอันตรายต่อชีวิตของผู้ประสบภัยได้อย่างทันท่วงทีและมีความแม่นยำของข้อมูล โดยการประมวลข้อมูลแบบ Realtime ทั้งภาพ เสียง วีดีโอ และสามารถแสดงพิกัดที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ที่แน่ชัดผ่านแผนที่ Google Map
