The Remote Access Version 1.7.7 build includes Improved VSS/VCOP session type for direct mobile uploads into checklist rows, Snippet reprocessing Error messages, and a new robust speed test functionality to allow crew members to directly check the connectivity to Remote Access servers.

Remote Access version 1.6.1 includes the following updates:
•Sleek new interface based on Ericsson’s 2018 Brand Standards
•Improved echo cancelation
•Mobile session participants can now more easily upload images or video files directly into the session file folder
•Mobile session participants can upload images and video into a checklist row. This creates a hyperlink directly to the image item which can then be reviewed by Host and Alternate Host users in the desktop environment
•Mobile session participants can capture photos or videos during the upload to session file folder or checklist operation so they don’t have to search through their iOS image library.
•Improved instant session functionality for users with Host Level Permissions
•Improved calendar
