Very cool new workout timer feature! You can now do your own timed HIIT workouts! You can type in your exercise names, pick how long you want to "work", how long you want to "rest", and how many rounds you want to do! Cassey will tell you when to relax and when to go!

2) Now you can login to the "POPstergram" Forum with Twitter instead of just Facebook!
3) Dynamic daily update for "Hot Topics" so you can see what topics are trending everyday.
4) New "See all comments" button beneath posts to keep the Forum feed more compact. You can tap this to see all comments.
5) Beginner's Calendar is now available for POPsters just starting out. Start here, then graduate onto the monthly calendars. This is a one time purchase for 99c.
