Cannot install successfully

  • Only available on iOS device
    Make sure that you are using an iOS device. And check the supported device of this app before installing as some apps are available on only iPhone or iPad.
  • Sign out and Sign into the App Store
    Make sure your Apple ID for the App Store is correct and then try to sign out and sign in again to the App Store to fix the issue.
    Tap "Settings" > "iTunes Store & App Store" > your Apple ID > "Sign Out" in the pop-up. Tap the Apple ID again and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Check the Wi-Fi Connection
