Fight A Bear Description
Fight A Bear is about pushing yourself to the limit, every single workout.

It is not your everyday fitness app.
It is not for the weak minded.
It is not for someone who gives up easily.

It is for those among us that want to tear down barriers and push boundaries. Every. Single. Day.

There's no complicated personalisation. No expensive equipment. Just random exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime.

All you need is a skipping rope and a lot of grit.

FAB workouts, or Bears, have two simple versions with randomised exercises. Never do the same workout twice.

Functional Bear

Skipping with random functional exercises in between. Ideal for those with limited space.

All Rounder Bear

Skipping with randomised suicide runs, ab workouts and functional exercises in between. Requires a stretch of about 20 meters.

Each Bear's difficulty is graded out of 100 and has a goal time. The goal time is the time it takes to do each workout with perfect form and zero unplanned breaks.

Once you're done, you can share a summary of your Bear, laid out on a random image of nature to your social network.

Go from signup to sweating in seconds:
1. Download Fight A Bear
2. Sign up with email.
3. Hit "New Workout" and choose between "Functional" or "All Rounder".
4. Hit "Start Workout".
5. Beat the goal time. If you can.

There are three levels of Fight A Bear:
Level 1: can you survive a Bear?
Level 2: can you complete a Bear?
Level 3: can you beat a Bear?
