INTRODUCTION

Ive written this manual instead of a book as a manual is a set of instructions operate or control something! A book you just read once a manual you use everyday to keep going back to !!

This manual is here to help you control your FOOD MONSTER your inner voice to lose weight and get to where you want to be! Which is always to be healthy and balanced!

There are many many ways ideas and exercise regimes out there to lose weight but one thing remains the same no matter how you to lose weight and thats the psychological and emotional journey! it need to be a lifetime change forever not a fas or unsustainable so pick vey carefully!this manual is also designed to run along side any of the present weight loss products eating plans/regimes presently on the market because the psychological journey remains the same!!

It is advisable to read each section of this manual in order first! Then you can revisit whatever section you want and need !!

You will need to use your imagination during the reading of this manual you will get the idea as we go along !!ive tried to keep this manual as to the point and as simple as possible and for this manual to speak to each and every one of you who reads it!

A small bit about me !
Ive never been small until now I have been big/large all my life and at my biggest I was 427lbs/194kgs!

I hit the weight I wanted to be in October 2017 at 210lbs/98kg!

Im assisted to food and have learned that there is a FOOD MONSTER that lives inside mine and many other peoples heads!! All my life it haas controlled me and over the last 3 years I have trained to keep him in his cage and WHEN for ONE meal(remember he is trained now)let him out of his cage ! And I can get him back in with very few if no issues at all!
The FOOD MONSTER will be with me for the rest of my life as he is part of me!!

I had a fight with the food monster and WON!!! With no surgery or gym this manual can help you do the same !!

Im no nutritionist doctor psychologist or scientist im just a dad of 3 a husband a normal person IM JUST LIKE YOU!!but someone who has lost half his body weight and wants to help as many people as possible lose weight!mine and my family life is very different now the physical journey has been huge the psychological journey has been 4 times bigger and a massive different journey that people don’t see to understand or talk about at present! This is going to change ITS GOT TO!!

WE CAN BEAT OUR FOOD MONSTERS TOGETHER !!
