Flair allows customers of retail establishments to directly and publicly thank the employees and the management.
Show your appreciation for amazing service with a single click and don’t waste time writing lengthy, rant-y comments! Flair is a new mobile app that lets you compliment awesome retail staff by giving them a ‘flair’. For everything from banks tellers to full restaurant service to cashiering, Flair allows you to praise top-notch service and inspire continuing excellence to create a better retail service experience for everyone.
How does the app work:
Imagine you are at your favorite coffee shop and Anna who works there helps brighten your day with her helpful personality and by fixing you a great cup of coffee.
Now as you walk back to your car ...you open Flair on your phone and click on Anna's profile to Flair her. You do not have to write anything except clicking the button. We call this APPRECIATE WITH JUST A CLICK.
However you may attach a Thank You note if you wish.This note gets sent privately to Anna and her Managers. Anna alone can approve your Flair for it to then become public for everyone else.
Flair can be used for waiters and waitresses, baristas, bank tellers , at the DMV, Grocery Stores,Doctors, Nurses and even at the Airport.
