Flaucy is owned and operated by husband and wife, Andre and Marian Smith. The barber shop and hair studio is the freshest, coolest, and fastest growing salon in the Sacramento area. Additionally, Andre aka CutsBy Dre is a three time "Barber Competition" winner and Northern California barber champ. Additionally, Marian "Healthy Hair" Smith has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry.
