FODMAP Diet Foods Description
The Low FODMAP Diet is perfect for anyone suffering from gastrointestinal symptoms. The purpose of the Low FODMAP Diet is to help ease the symptoms created from poorly absorbed carbohydrates. This diet requires close monitoring of foods and ingredients; but the good news is, this diet still contains plenty of approved Low FODMAP foods! Enjoy foods such as bananas, strawberries, potatoes, rice, quinoa, meat, eggs, and many more.

With the FODMAP Diet Foods app, you can keep tabs on the foods that are low, moderate, and high in FODMAPS. For the items that are low and moderate, you are allowed to add them to your shopping cart. For the ones that are high in FODMAPS, you are unable to add these to your cart. This may sound cruel but it's just a simple and effective way to completely eliminate high FODMAP food items from your diet and relieve some of your suffering.

When you have completely eliminated all high FODMAP foods from you diet, you can continue on to use the Food Tracker in this app. With the Food Tracker, you can slowly add in high FODMAP food items and document how your body responds. You may find that you are able to eat some of your favorite foods after all!

We've had some fantastic input from our users and we recently were able to do an update and accommodate the majority of the requests. Please contact us through the Rate section with your input so we can continue improving the user experience!
