يسعى برنامج اتحاد الملاك( مُلاك) إلى تنظيم العلاقة بين ملاك وشاغلي الوحدات العقارية ذات الملكية المشتركة من خلال وضع الأنظمة واللوائح والقيام بالدور التثقيفي والتوعوي بما يضمن حفظ الحقوق وحسن الانتفاع ويعزز ثقافة التعايش المشترك

و يهدف هذا التطبيق لتقديم الخدمات الالكترونية الخاصة بأعضاء و ادارة الاتحادات:
- استعراض اللائحة الداخلية و التصويت عليها
- إمكانية الترشح لمجلس الادارة و التصويت على المرشحين
