第一弾の今回は、「神北小毬」を中心とした、「リトルバスターズ！」本編の物語の始まる前のストーリーとなっています。

主人公・直枝理樹は幼い日に両親を亡くし、絶望の中にいた。それを救ったのがリトルバスターズと名乗る少年たち（棗恭介・井ノ原真人・宮沢謙吾・棗鈴）だった。彼らは理樹を連れだし、いろんなものを悪役に仕立て上げ、成敗して回った。彼らは馬鹿で返り討ちばかりあったけど、とても楽しかった。彼らと一緒にいると、寂しさや痛みはやがて癒えていった。そうして時は経ち彼らは同じ学園に入学し、今年で二年生。今日も恭介の発案の元、馬鹿を続け、彼らは青春をひた走る。
