We've built in some great new ways for our clinicians to interact with your child, regardless of their developmental stage. Your clinician can show prompts to your child to help them succeed at a variety of activities and move them forward faster.

This release also includes a brand new Customer Care chat. Check in on the status of your insurance application, clarify billing questions, or simply ask "what's next" to stay informed about your child's treatment, all from the AnswersNow app.

Finally, we've added a document management feature so you can view any materials you've exchanged with your clinician or care manager. No more searching for documents, find them all in your AnswersNow profile.
