About Be Present: Meditation

Be Present is the perfect meditation app that helps you build a habit of meditating into your daily routine.

The app was inspired the 30 days sit challenge from Reddit (/r/30daysit/). The idea is to start meditating with a short time interval, like 5 minutes, and add another 5 minutes each week. The first few days will be challenging but being consistent is the key. Hopefully, by day 30, meditation has become an integral part of your daily routine and it will help you be more aware of your surroundings.
