About Cloud HD
Cloud Harddrive is een gratis app om uw iPhone of iPad te verbinden met uw corporate file share. Met Cloud Harddrive krijgt u gemakkelijk toegang tot bestanden en kunt u deze gemakkelijk delen met uw collegaís of externe partners.
U hebt overal toegang tot bestanden, zowel online als offline. Bekijk de bestanden of deel ze gemakkelijk met anderen. Vanuit bedrijfsperspectief kunt u bestanden op een gemakkelijke manier beveiligen door:
- Te controleren waar de bestanden zich bevinden;
- Te besluiten welke rechten een gebruiker heeft ten aanzien van de bestanden;
- Gemakkelijk op afstand een toestel te wissen, als het gestolen is of verloren;
- Toegang tot bestanden on-premise.
Als gebruiker profiteert u van de volgende mogelijkheden:
- U kunt door uw bestanden en mappen bladeren;
- U kunt rechtstreeks vanaf uw toestel bestanden bekijken, openen en delen;
- U kunt besluiten hoe lang een bestand op uw toestel blijft;
- U kunt besluiten hoe u een bestand wilt openen of bekijken;
- U krijgt toegang tot bestanden van externe partners in dezelfde app;
- Uw bestanden lopen altijd synchroon met de corporate file server;
- U hebt altijd toegang tot de nieuwste versie van het bestand.
Om Cloud Harddrive te kunnen gebruiken, hebt u een account nodig bij een van de partners van Cloud Harddrive.
