1. Modified the UI layout for iOS 13
2. Added "Location" permission to get the current Wi-Fi SSID for iOS 13
(If not allowed, then users have to enter the Wi-Fi SSID manually. The permission can also be enabled in Settings.)

4. Enhanced the mechanism to check the SmartPlug's network connection in "Manual Mode"
