Mosaic 1.4.2 delivers the following features and improvements:


- Custom Radio

Find your favorite Internet Radio stations using the station’s URL address. To access this feature, select Radio as the source and select the Custom Radio option within the dCS Mosaic Control app.


- Find high quality Internet Radio stations at a glance

High quality Internet Radio stations are now labelled as such in the Mosaic app, allowing you to easily identify high quality broadcasts when browsing.


- UPnP improvements (MinimServer v2.2 support)

Mosaic 1.42 has been tested with Miniminserver v2.2.


- Lina Network DAC 2.0 support

Access new features included in the Lina Network DAC 2.0 upgrade using the dCS Mosaic Control app. See our Lina Network DAC 2.0 release notes for more information on features included with the upgrade.

- Rossini v2.1 support

Volume dial – Volume adjustment is implemented by a virtual rotary-dial, giving a much more familiar feel constituent with a traditional mechanical volume dial. 

Grid view – it is now possible to view search results and libraries in grid view. This enables the user to have a clearer view of album artwork.

Search by music service – searches can now be filtered based on the music streaming services and servers that have been configured. This allows for customers to get to the music they love with greater ease

Connect to IP address – To assist in diagnosing issues with customer networks where the app is unable to automatically discover dCS streaming devices, we have implemented a “direct connect” feature which, used in conjunction with the IP address of the dCS device obtained from the devices front panel menus and display, allows us to assist in identifying and advising on network issues that are external to the dCS hardware and app but which can cause the customer to have a less than ideal experience.

dCS Mosaic 1.1.3 includes numerous bugfixes and performance improvements:
- Improvd MQA content identification algorithm

Version 1.1.1 includes a number of bug fixes and enhancements that improve stability and performance of dCS Mosaic devices.

Mosaic 1.1.1 includes an update to the Mosaic Processor firmware as well. Once you have updated dCS Mosaic Control be sure to use it to check for updates to your dCS device.

Version 1.1.0 includes the following new features and changes:
• Unified playlist support. Create and manage playlists with content from Deezer, Qobuz, TIDAL, UPnP, and Podcasts.
• A scrollbar has been added to improve navigation of long lists.
• The play queue screen automatically positions the current track into view.
• Various minor bug fixes and enhancements.

Mosaic 1.1.0 includes an update to the Mosaic Processor firmware as well. Once you have updated dCS Mosaic Control be sure to use it to check for updates to your dCS device. We highly recommend that you power-cycle your dCS device prior to updating its firmware.

• Albums, artists, and tracks are now linked in Deezer, Tidal, and Qobuz. This allows you to jump from a track directly to the artist or album listing.
• A 3-dot menu is now available on tracks in the Play Queue which provides additional functionality.
• Enhanced metadata is now linked between tracks, artists, and albums.
• Format is now indicated for individual tracks in the Play Queue and streaming service playlist views.
• New header layout for tablets and phones to access new features and make better use of available screen area.
• Major update to the device firmware update process.
• Various minor bug fixes and enhancements.

Mosaic 1.0.2 includes an update to the Mosaic Processor firmware as well. Once you have updated dCS Mosaic Control be sure to use it to check for updates to your dCS device.
