About Fit4Living
Fit4Living är en kommunikationsplattform för personlig tränare/terapeut och klient. Ett unikt hjälpmedel som effektiviserar tränarens arbete och optimerar förutsättningarna för klienten att träna säkert och framgångsrikt. Fit4Living helt enkelt!
Som tränare har du till exempel tillgång till övningsbank, programbank, skapa/spara egna övningar och program, fystester, statistik, klientlista med möjlighet att spara anteckningar etc. Det finns också möjlighet till bokning/kalender samt en chattfunktion i appen.
Som klient kan du på ett effektivt och enkelt sätt ta emot träningsprogram från din tränare, innehållande övningens namn, video och beskrivning. Du har möjlighet att ansluta dig till flera olika tränare och terapeuter. Funktioner som fystester, träningslogg, kalender och chattfunktion är också tillgängligt för dig som klient.
