Die App bietet Ihnen alle Bilder und News zum prägenden Bauprojekt von Strabag Real Estate und Architekt Hadi Teherani sowie Augmented Reality Features vor Ort an der Großen Eschenheimer Straße.

Flare gibt einem der letzten Filetstücke der Frankfurter Innenstadt ein Gesicht. In dieser einzigartigen Lage entsteht ein Ensemble aus drei Gebäuden und einem Nutzungsmix, der diesem Standort gerecht wird.
So werden Flächen für hochwertigen Einzelhandel, ein Design-Hotel und Offices realisiert, während nebenan Wohnungen mit Loggien und Terrassen zum Thurn und Taxis Palais liegen und weitere Retail- und Gastronomie-Flächen im Erdgeschoss eingerichtet werden.
Die markante Architektur des Objektes aus der Feder von Star-Architekt Hadi Teherani gibt dem ehemaligen Rundschau-Areal ein neues Erscheinungsbild. Mit Flare entsteht im Herzen von Frankfurt ein souveränes Gebäude, das neue Strahlkraft in die City bringt.
