Depuis l'application, vous pouvez réserver votre voiture ou accéder au réseau des agences Goldcar exerçant dans 9 pays, et aussi : Accéder à l'AIDE : accès direct au service d'aide sur route et aux FAQ sur les services. Vous pouvez également demander une facture d'un service souscrit. Et en cas d'accident ou de vol de la voiture, nous vous fournissons depuis l'application un guide simple afin de nous faire parvenir tous les détails par voie télématique et ainsi faciliter les démarches.
