About Hadith-e-Qudsi
Imam Nawawi's Forty Hadith and Forty Hadith Qudsi are widely regarded as the most popular anthology and the best introduction to the study of the Prophet's Sayings in the English language. This app contains this collection of Hadiths in their certified and authentic English translation. You can view Hadiths by specific chapters, search for a particular Hadith, take notes for a Hadith for future reference, bookmark any of them as favorite for future reading, and share them from the App through email, FaceBook and Twitter.

About Imam Nawawi:
Abu Zakaria Mohiuddin Yahya Ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi (1234–1278), popularly known as al-Nawawi, an-Nawawi or Imam Nawawi (631 – 676 A.H. / 1234–1278 CE), was a Sunni Muslim author on Fiqh and hadith. His position on legal matters is considered the authoritative one in the Shafi'i Madhhab. He was born at Nawa near Damascus, Syria. As with many Arabic and Semitic names, the last part of his name refers to his hometown. During his short life of only 45 years he wrote many books on Islamic studies and other topics. He collected and sourced 40 hadith of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) back to one of his companions, in his book 'Hadith-e-Qudsi'.
