حاجات البيت عبارة عن منصة اليكترونية تتبع تموينات (سوبرماركت) حاجات البيت في مدينة الدمام – المملكة العربية السعودية. تمثل هذه المنصة كواجهة اليكترونية للسوبرماركت بحيث يستطيع العميل التسوق في السوبرماركت بدون الحاجة الى مغادرة مكانه. يسجل العميل الدخول باستخدام رقم جواله حيث يستخدم رمز الدخول الذي يصله للمصادقة ومن ثم الدخول على التطبيق. يمكن للعميل بعد ذلك التسوق وارسال الطلب. يصل الطلب الى مأمور المستودع ليتأكد من توفر المنتجات المطلوبة وجاهزيتها للشحن ومن ثم يعتمد الطلب ويتم تعيين المندوب المختص. يسمح التطبيق للعميل بتحديد موقع التوصيل من على خارطة جوجل ومتابعة طلبه حتى يصل الى الموقع لتسليم الطلبية.
