About inShort
Ce programme vous permet de construire des diagrammes de processus et de surveiller leur exécution. En règle générale, les tâches n'existent pas par elles-mêmes: elles sont généralement reliées entre elles et la meilleure façon de le montrer est de construire un diagramme de processus.
Presque toutes les tâches dans le programme peuvent être approfondies en un diagramme séparé, jusqu'à ce que le projet soit décomposé en opérations élémentaires. Ayant construit un schéma détaillé, vous pouvez simuler l'exécution future du projet, ce qui deviendra la base de l'horaire prévu, lequel peut être comparé avec l'exécution courante de tâches sans quitter le programme. Vous pouvez également placer certaines tâches dans le Calendrier et définir des rappels sur elles.
Plus formellement, le programme vous permet de construire un projet sur mesure, fondé sur la notation BPMN, le diagramme PERT du projet (avec événements et processus au niveau des nœuds). Ensuite cette description du projet est utilisée pour générer un diagramme de Gantt et suivre l'avancement du projet.
